Who runs this site

Round the Bend Now and Then, a podcast about South Bend and Mishawaka, is run by Matt Emery. In these terms, "we" means Matt and the people who help him with the site.

What the site is

The site lists the show's episodes and videos, takes answers to a merch survey and, when the shop is open, sells show merch. The episodes are hosted by Captivate and the videos by YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.

Using the site

Be fair with the survey, the sign-up and the shop. Do not send spam or anything that is not true, do not use someone else's name or email, and do not try to break the site or read what is not yours. We can remove an answer or turn someone away if they do.

Buying from the shop

Prices are in US dollars. Square takes the payment, and we send an email to confirm your order. An order is not final until that email arrives. Shipping and returns are in the shipping and returns page.

No warranty

We try to keep the site correct and online, but we give no promise beyond what the law requires. The site and its stories are offered as they are.

Other sites

Links to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube lead to sites with their own terms. We do not control them.

Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top says when. Using the site after a change means you accept it.
